Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of UX/UI, Web Design, and Brand Identity services by IE Dmitrii Ianenko (Tax ID: 345808664), located in Batumi, Georgia ("we", "our", or "us") to you ("Client", "User").

1. Services & Deliverables

We provide digital design services as agreed upon via formal proposals or digital communication (such as Telegram or Email). All deliverables, timelines, and costs will be defined prior to the start of the project.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences. Full payment is expected upon completion of milestones or final delivery as outlined in the invoice. Late fees may apply for overdue payments.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted full ownership and rights to use the final design deliverables for their intended purpose. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our professional portfolio, social media, and site, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been explicitly signed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IE Dmitrii Ianenko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our designs or website.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Batumi, Georgia.
